6 months old

Will turned 6 months old on Tuesday, but had his doctor appointment yesterday.  Will weighs in at 17 lbs 7.6 oz, which puts him in the 50th %tile.  He’s gotten skinny.  Hahaha!!  The first thing the doctor said was, “Wow, look at his rolls!”  Ha!  He has also gotten taller.  Will is now 26.5 in long, up 2.75 inches in 2 months.  It puts him in the 50th %tile for height.  So it seems that Will is now more in proportion than previously; although, to look at him, you would not know it.  🙂  I love my chubby little boy!  The doctor also gave the okay to start with solids.  He recomended starting slow; we are to work on gradually working up to 3 meals a day by 9 months.  Will also had 2 shots and 1 oral vaccine today.  As always, he loves the oral vaccine and slurpped it down.  The shots, not so much.  He didn’t cry much, but seemed to be sore later in the evening.

Good report from the doctor, now waiting for the lady with the shots.
